The Strategic Delivery and Transformation team supports the Institute to create an organisation and culture able to effectively flex and grow with the changing needs of science, our strategy and the world around us. There are three core areas of focus:

We support all of the organisation as teams, departments or via initiatives to maximise the benefits of any change.
