Understanding protein function using computational analysis and large CRISPR and biochemical mutationals screens.

I work on understanding the function of proteins by measuring and modelling the consequences of coding mutations, with a particular current interest in the properties of protein interfaces. We perform some mutational screens in the group, using gene editing approaches in cells and developing biochemical methods and I incorporate these, as well as similar MAVE data, into joint computational analyses.
