Gavin’s role, within the High Throughput Spatial Genomics initiative, explored the evolutionary basis of clinical cancer progression by combining cutting-edge single cell and spatial RNA-sequencing, high-throughput microscopy and quantitative image data analysis to enable large-scale spatial genomic studies.
