Dr Jimmy Tsz Hang Lee, Ph.D

Postdoctoral Fellow

Jimmy is a computational postdoctoral fellow in Omer Bayraktar’s lab at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. His research is at the intersection of machine learning, molecular biology, cellular neuroscience, genetics, and genomics. He developed innovative research idea to advance spatial genomics to understand human neurodevelopment and diseases. Before joining Bayraktar’s lab, Jimmy worked with Martin Hemberg at Sanger and developed a computational platform SCfind for multi-omics single cell data analysis in the Human Cell Atlas Project.
