Change Management Office
The Change Management Office provides the organisation a focal point for governing, structuring and implementing change initiatives. These change initiatives align with strategic and cultural objectives of the organisation. We operate and influence at all levels from strategic large scale change to delivery change.
The Change Management Office was created in late 2021 to support the Institute to create an organisation and culture able to effectively flex and grow with the changing needs of science, our strategy and the world around us. There are three core areas of focus:
- Supporting the organisation to grow sustainably
- Creating a culture where change is embraced
- Creating a community of delivery excellence.
We support all of the organisation as teams, departments or via initiatives to maximise the benefits of any change.
