We provide our customers with access to products and processes that cannot be supported by the high throughput teams within DNA Pipelines Operations. The bespoke team offers low throughput custom processes that are tailored to specific projects. This is an important part of our strategy as we seek to provide the greatest range and scale of sequencing solutions across a range of sample types, species and library types.
In the Bespoke team, we use our resources to support samples that cannot be handled by processes in the high throughput team. This might be due to insufficient DNA or RNA, poor sample performance within standard processes or a requirement for a novel library type. In this way, we devote more resources per sample in order to generate the sequencing data at the required quality.
Our current library types include:
- 10X Genomics single cell and Spatial Transcriptomics (Visium) library construction
- RNAseq (including rRNA depletion for bacterial samples)
- Small RNAseq
- HiC library construction
- Custom Library Creation
