BD Influx index data exporter

BD Sortware for the Influx stores all the index data inside the .fcs file, however the common analysis tools (FlowJo, R etc.) cannot read this information. This script will export the index information from multiple files and save them as .csv files.

The BD Influx flow cytometer sorter stores the index data (well positions) of a sort in the .fcs file. This R script batch exports this information to a .csv file.
