Postdoctoral Fellow

I am a computational biologist postdoc interested in the genomic basis of cancer, gene regulation, and gene-environment interaction.

Using statistical modelling and multi-omic data integration over time and space, my research focuses on understanding the cellular and transcriptomic plasticity underlying complex disease traits in human normal and cancer genomes.
