My role currently involves image analysis of a wide variety of tissues to segment and classify them in new ways. My work is in computer vision, microscopy, optical physics and biomedical science.

I joined the Bayraktar group in June 2020. I previously worked in the groups of Prof Sarah Bohndiek and Prof Mete Atature in the Cavendish Laboratory and Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute.
