Engaged in the whole-genome mutagenesis of bacteriophage phiX174 using Deep Mutational Scanning (DMS), interested in synthetic biology.

Through Deep Mutational Scanning, we systematically mutate every nucleotide in the phix174 genome and each amino acid in functional proteins. Subsequently, we analyze the fitness landscape of the genome post high-throughput functional selection, unraveling the genotype-phenotype relationship at the genomic level.
