My major research of interest is to contribute to understanding and identifying host genetic and immunological factors, which contribute to developing various disorders in the long-term, such as cancer. For that, I am applying high-throughput technologies to analyse the immune response of individuals with cancer predisposition at different layers, such as spectral flow cytometry, olink approach, single-cell genome and transcriptome sequencing.
