I am a computational biology PhD student interested in using low-input sequencing technologies to study cancer and inflammation.

My research focusses on understanding different routes of clonal evolution and its phenotypic effects. I aim to integrate multiple data layers, including genomic, transcriptomic and methylation sequencing data, to better understand cancer evolution and clonal expansions in inflammatory bowel disease.
