I am a Data Professional interested in cutting-edge technology in information- and data-related fields. I am enthusiastic about working with data sets from different sources, then analysing the patterns using mathematical models, machine learning methods, and statistical tools. I visualise the results by using RStudio/plotly, Jupyter Lab, Tableau, MS Office, and BigQuery. I am proficient in programming languages such as R, MATLAB, Python, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
I was a Research Associate at Imperial College London from 2020 to 2023. I focused on simulating Streptococcus pneumoniae dynamics and global transmissions through mathematical modelling and machine learning methods, and forecasting vaccine impacts using quantitative analysis and data visualisation methods.
I completed my PhD at King’s College London in 2019, where I designed a novel 5G-U wireless communication framework using mathematical modelling and data visualisation tools. After witnessing the COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020, I swiftly expanded my skill set from data science to broader data-related areas, including bioinformatics and public health.
