My role as a bioinformatician is to enable scientists to carry out their research by direct research support and making automated analysis pipelines.
About me
I help scientists in PaM carry out their research by offering direct data analysis and troubleshooting support.
In addition, I make automated analysis pipelines which are mostly written in nextflow.
