Kasia’s research focuses on applying single-cell and spatial multi-omics technologies to uncover the mechanisms behind neurodevelopment disorders and cancers. Before joining Sanger Institute, she worked in CRUK CI Genomics Core Facility, managing single cell sequencing service for the University of Cambridge and the Cambridge Biomedical Campus where she developed her expertise in implementing new scRNAseq technologies. After that in CoSyne Therapeutics she coordinated genome wide CRISPRi screen and multi-omics workflows for brain cancer models (GBM). Kasia is driven by scientific geekiness, thrives in a the continuously changing field of multiomics and devotes her avidity for learning to make a greater impact on her team.
