Business Support Manager

I lead the Business Support function in Scientific Operations.

My role spans a broad range of responsibilities within Scientific Operations, where I work closely with the SciOps leadership team, senior managers, and key partners across the organisation to drive initiatives that align with our strategic goals. I focus on enabling progress and informed decision-making by enhancing communication, promoting effective information sharing, and supporting strong cross-functional collaboration.

I lead the SciOps Business Support function, managing a team of skilled and professional Business Support Administrators. My team provide high-quality executive support to senior leaders, coordinate critical activities, and develop approaches that streamline operations, improve access to information, and increase overall efficiency.

Beyond my core responsibilities, I am a trained Mental Health First Aider and ACAS-trained mediator, committed to fostering a healthy, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

I am passionate about management and leadership, and I aim to create collaborative, high-performing teams where individuals feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow — both in their roles and in their careers.
