Dr Aikaterini Chatzipli

Postdoctoral Fellow

I am interested in cancer genomics and I perform exome sequencing analysis of somatic mutations in different types of cancers.

My aim is to explore the impact of large-scale next generation sequencing of clinical samples on predicting for clinical outcome in cancer patients. I read for a PhD in Genetics at the University of Cambridge studying the in vivo function of Hox proteins in Drosophila melanogaster. Previously, I completed post-graduate studies in Genetics and Bioinformatics at the University of Edinburgh.
