Roumeliotis, Theodoros

My research focuses on deep profiling of protein expression and modification for molecular phenotyping of biological systems with natural or induced variation. I am interested in the integration of multi-omics technologies to better understand gene expression regulation under pathological conditions such as cancer and infection.
