I am involved in a range of projects aiming at better understanding of pathogenicity of parasites, such as i.e. Schistosoma, Leishmania, Trichuris and malaria parasites. I test new protocols facilitating sequencing of both DNA and RNA samples, such as sequence enrichment and rRNA depletion.
