Jamrozy, Dorota

My research work involves applying whole genome sequencing to study evolution of bacterial pathogens. I'm particularly interested in adaptive genome changes that mediate the emergence, expansion and persistence of particularly successful lineages of methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) and Group B Streptococcus.
