I have interest in the developing and applying genetic screening tools into human iPSC. I’ve been focused on the validation of genetic modification methods for human iPSC in Sanger. Currently I'm using Cas9/CRISPR screening system to identify the regulation process for the definitive endodermal differentiation.
I'm working with human cell lines especially iPSC and ES for genome engineering. Also I have trained skill for the biochemical analysis especially for the protein kinase followed by its downstream pathways and phenotypic analysis of the mouse reproductive organs.
