We made our Illumina/Solexa and 454 sequence reads available through the links below as they were made available via the European Nucleotide Archive. Assembled genome data are made available via the ftp links for individual organisms on a regular basis.

50 Helminth genomes initiative:

The draft genomes of many nematodes, cestodes and trematodes are available.

Sequence data for each project is accessible for download from the FTP site and searching using 50HGI BLAST. These are available from the Sanger Institute as part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see the data sharing policy.

Data use

This sequencing centre plans on publishing the completed and annotated sequences in a peer-reviewed journal as soon as possible. Permission of the principal investigator should be obtained before publishing analyses of the sequence/open reading frames/genes on a chromosome or genome scale. See our data sharing policy.
