STAN - Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis
A LIMS system to support and guide users in the lab providing the Spatial Genomics services.
The Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis service provided by the CGaP lab consists of RNAscope and Visium technologies. Both techniques use fluorescence to map gene expression whilst maintaining tissue morphology and spatial awareness. Fluorescence is imaged on the Opera Phenix scanner. STAN is our custom LIMS system to support the lab proceses invovled in processing an anticipated 10,000 + tissue samples a year.
