Using statistical modelling methods and multi-omic data integration over time and space, my research interests focus on understanding the cellular and transcriptomic plasticity underlying complex disease traits in both normal and cancer genomes.
Most recently, I have integrated 10x single-cell RNA-seq transcriptomics with PacBio long-read somatic mutation calling and spatial imaging profiling to reconstruct the life history of mutant cells across developmental time and spatial organisation during human spermatogenesis.
