I am passionate about bioinformatics and reproducibility in research and I am driven by a goal to uncover disease mechanisms from complex biological datasets. My postdoctoral research focuses on dissecting therapeutic response in atopic dermatitis (known as eczema) using integrative multiomics approaches.

• Received the Catalyst Grant from National Eczema Association to study disrupted regulatory networks in eczema

• Received postdoctoral by-fellowship at Churchill College 

• Joined Haniffa Lab at the Wellcome Sanger Institute as a Postdoctoral fellow 

• Awarded PhD in Biological Sciences, EMBL-EBI & University of Cambridge

• Joined EMBL-EBI as a predoc at Irene's Papatheodorou group 

• Completed Msc in Molecular Biomedicine at the University of Athens

• Completed Bsc in Biology at the University of Patras
