This person is a member of Sanger Institute Alumni.
My research interests lie in the host immune response to Schistosoma mansoni infection. Specifically, I am interested in mechanisms driving inflammation and progressive fibrosis during hepatosplenic schistosomiasis. I use RNA-seq to identify genes important in the immunopathology seen during infection.
