Kudzai's work focuses on understanding the clonal trajectories of blood cancers using a variety of sequencing approaches.
Haematopoietic cells acquire DNA mutations over an individual’s lifetime with some of these leading to the initiation and progression of blood cancers. Through the use of various sequencing and bioinformatic approaches, my work focuses on further understanding the timelines of the cells acquiring these mutations and how they relate to clinical presentation of the cancer.
