Postdoctoral Fellow

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow with a keen interest in functional genomics, particularly in identifying genes or conditions that can be therapeutically targeted.

My current postdoctoral project, funded by Open Targets, focuses on using saturation genome editing to investigate the function of cancer and immune-related genes at single-nucleotide resolution. This work is crucial for determining the functional impact of gene variants, with significant implications for clinical management, disease gene discovery, and the comprehensive functional analysis of variants in clinically actionable genes.
