Dr Larissa Satiko Alcantara Sekimoto Matsuyama
Postdoctoral Fellow
My current postdoctoral project, funded by Open Targets, focuses on using saturation genome editing to investigate the function of cancer and immune-related genes at single-nucleotide resolution. This work is crucial for determining the functional impact of gene variants, with significant implications for clinical management, disease gene discovery, and the comprehensive functional analysis of variants in clinically actionable genes.
