Seasoned DevSecOps contractor with a background in startups and corporate (financial systems, crypto, telco, MLOps) moved to Cambridge to learn genetics and bioinformatics while providing DevOps expertise at Sanger. 

Max is an advocate for the DevOps culture and clear ownership to facilitate and empower teams with well established processes rather than just implementing DevOps tools and the cloud. He is a big fan of continuous education and loves expanding his fields of knowledge. He studied undergraduate certificate in genetics at Cambridge University and is pursuing postgraduate studies in genomic medicine at King’s College London.
