Genomes sequencing free-living nematode species using a novel ultra-low input technique to unravel the nematode phylogeny through the addition of these missing orders

I am filling the gaps in the nematode phylogeny by genome sequencing uncultured free-living species. I bring them through the complete workflow from their collection in the field and morphological identification, through to their extraction and library preparation, and finally their genome assembly, scaffolding, annotation and bioinformatic analyses to study their genome evolution.
