Kiernan is a Software Developer in the Enabling Platforms Team for the Tree of Life Programme.
Kiernan has recently joined the Tree of Life Programme as a Software Developer. In July, he graduated from the University of Essex with a degree in Computer Science. His dissertation project was based on ‘Detecting Malaria Parasites in Red Blood Cells using Machine Learning‘. The project looked at improving peoples health/lives through technology. This is something he is passionate about.
