Continuous Improvement Specialist (AI)
I help teams adopt AI safely and effectively to improve how we work. I combine Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement approaches with clear, practical communication for non-specialist audiences. I coordinate internal training and guidance on Large Language Models, including ChatGPT, Claude and NotebookLM, to build confidence and responsible use across the Institute.
I have extensive experience in science writing and communications, tracking down stories and creating engaging content. Previous employers include the University of Cambridge, EMBl-EBI, BBSRC and Cancer Research UK. I studied Biology at the University of Oxford and Science Communication at Imperial College London. I’m also CIM certified in Marketing and I’m a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
