I am part of the Vector Surveillance Team of the Genome Surveillance Unit. My main roles involve the production, curation and analysis of Anopheles genomic data, the creation and maintenance of lectures training our partners in the access and utilisation of the data as well as collaborations with partners across the whole world.
Data ressources
I am part of the team producing, curating and analysing the Ag3 (Anopheles gambiae phase 3) genomic data containing SNPs, CNVs and haplotypes for more than 12 000 anopheles mosquitoes collected across sub-Saharan Africa.
