Previously, Theo was a Research Assistant within the Garnett Group, which investigates how abnormalities in the DNA of cells contribute to cancer and impact on patient responses to therapy. Here, he worked with cancer cell models, including organoids and a collection of over 100 cell lines. He carried out high-throughput drug sensitivity screening, performed CRISPR-Cas9 screens, and provided general support for the laboratory.
