Throughout my career, I have led organisational transformation, continuous improvement and operational change initiatives, with particular strengths in governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and embedding sustainable ways of working. What motivates me most is bringing people together to solve problems. I enjoy building strong relationships, creating clarity from complexity and helping teams navigate change with confidence.

As Standards and Assurance Manager in the Portfolio Delivery Office, I support the development of project management standards, governance frameworks and assurance processes that improve project delivery and strengthen organisational capability.
