Within Translational Cancer Genomics team, Marie’s research is focused on the development of organoid model of Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM).
This will be achieved by optimization of the specialized medium for organoids derivation and expansion followed by genomics and phenotypic characterization of organoids. The ultimate goal is to identify the novel and personalized treatments for MPM patients using the organoid model.
