My role as a specialised recruitment and immigration advisor within HR is to provide an invaluable partnering service for our managers and team members and a positive experience for our candidates that greatly contribute to the Institute’s success as a global scientific world leader.
Responsible for every stage of recruitment I advise the Institute on the best recruitment practices and processes from drafting job descriptions and writing adverts, developing innovative recruitment solutions for hard to fill roles and advising on interview techniques and styles. Our candidates are at the fore-front of our work so it is important that they feel appreciated whether or not they are successful. I also provide help and support for those requiring a visa to enable them to work as highly-skilled specialists.
