Bennett, Ruth

As part of the Vertebrate Annotation team, I primarily annotate the reference genomes for human and mouse.

I am currently using gene predictions from other laboratory mouse strains to improve the GENCODE reference gene set in C57BL/6.

Joined the High throughput gene targeting team. Designing targeting knockout vectors for the mouse KOMP and EUCOMM mutagenesis projects.

Started work at the Sanger Institute
