This person is a member of Sanger Institute Alumni.

Dinithi is a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow, working on computational model development for single-cell genomics.

Dinithi is studying Bayesian probabilistic models for comparing in vitro and in vivo systems using their single-cell transcriptomic profiles. Prior to joining Dr. Sarah Teichmann’s lab in July 2021, Dinithi did her PhD at Dr. Arun Konagurthu’s lab in Monash University, Australia, where she worked on protein alignment modelling. She is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
