As Quality Assurance Officer in the Legal and Governance (LeGo) team, I have a key role in promoting and implementing Quality Assurance methods, improving internal controls across the processes and systems operated by the team, being responsible for the LeGo incident management process and reporting, and leading on regulatory compliance audits across the Institute.
