I am a research assistant working in Professor Nicole Soranzo’s lab. The project aims to do eQTL analysis on PBMCs extracted from whole blood and identify rare cell types.
I am working in ‘Cardinal’ team, extracting PBMCs with automated liquid handling machine and preparing the library for single cell RNA-seq with 10X Genomic Chromium Connect.
