Employee Engagement Officer
This person is a member of Sanger Institute Alumni.
Now part of the Employee Engagement Team I am responsible for Employee Engagement and related coordination and development. My role supports the organisational values and new employee initiatives and channels that encourage engagement and invovlement. My focus areas include the Employee Recognition programme, Charitable Fundraising, Employee Volunteering, Employee Wellbeing and communication forums such as The Employee Partnership. All measured by The Great Place to Work Survey.
