Emma is a Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute PhD student jointly supervised by Sarah Teichmann and John Marioni.
As part of her PhD project, Emma uses integrative analysis of single-cell sequencing data to study the role of chromatin remodelling on cell differentiation in developing tissues.
