I joined the HR team in July 2015 as a Senior HR Advisor to provide support and to assist on Projects within the HR department. I am a qualified HR generalist and a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I am passionate about the work I carry out and believe that confidentiality and integrity is paramount in order for me to carry out an employee focused and professional HR support, and for the staff of the organisation to believe in my capability to carry out my role.
