I am a biotechnologist with solid background in molecular biology and genomics, acquiring new skills to become a bioinformatician.

At Cellular Genetics Informatics I am conducting scRNA-Seq data downstream analysis, through Jupyter notebooks. My work implies using toolkits as Scanpy and Seurat to treat data. Currently focused on batch effect correction tools (BBKNN, Scanorama or mnnCorrect).
