In Mara Lawniczak’s lab, I study interactions between the mosquito vector Anopheles and the Plasmodium parasite at different molecular scales, including single cell transcriptomic.My PhD work was in the Gourbal's group of IHPE lab (UMR5244) in the University of Perpignan Via Domitia, France, where I participated in several projects to decipher the very first molecular basis of innate immune memory in Biomphalaria glabrata, the snail vector of Schistosoma worm parasite. I’m interested in many aspects of host parasite interactions and particularly their impact on host and pathogen evolution. I like taking part in the experiments from biological phenotypes to molecular and informatics analyses.
