After approximately five years as a postdoctoral fellow, I am leaving the Wellcome Sanger Institute on the 29th of July 2022 to start a new position as Computational Biologist at the GSK Computational Biology Department in Genomic Sciences.

Nikos was a postdoctoral fellow interested in the role of functional genetic variation in immune response and infection by studying gene expression alterations after immunological stimuli in induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC)-derived macrophages.
