Developing and promoting tools for understanding and comparing the DNA sequences generated by the Tree of Life project

I work on tools for comparing and understanding the genome sequences produced by the Tree of Life project. We are currently developing GoaT: Genomes on a Tree, which stores metadata about species such as their genome size, karyotype, sequencing status, etc.
