This person is a member of Sanger Institute Alumni.
After a Ph.D. in the Comparative Bioinformatics group of Cedric Notredame (CRG – Spain), I decided to move to Sanger and join Vivek’s team.
This adventure is full of challenges and illusions but the main objective is to make life easier for the scientist thanks to Nextflow and Nextflow Tower. Improving the reproducibility and scalability of the pipelines in the HumGen.
