After 3.5 years as a postdoctoral fellow at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, I have now moved on.
I am a computational biologist with a background in ‘wet lab’ biology. My work focuses on predicting effective drug combinations for cancer based on large-scale screens.
My research interests include personalised, precision medicine; network biology; identification and validation of therapeutic targets; information flow in protein-protein interaction networks, and the evolutionary consequences of cancer therapies.
